CG Games Finals

CG Games Finals is an annual fitness competition for the top Camp Gladiator athletes from across the nation with 2,000 athletes and 3,000 spectators. The event started on a Friday with a race packet pick up and all-athlete briefing, followed by dinner and live music for all attendees. The competition took place on Saturday with multiple rounds of elimination, ending in a podium award ceremony for each age division.

Production of the event included venue sourcing and contract negotiations, coordinating parking and traffic flow with the city, managing hotel room blocks, registration management, overall event budget, AV needs, staffing and volunteers, marketing and branding, swag, sponsors, security logistics, load in and load out, as well as food and beverage selection.
